How do I integrate Microsoft 365 applications and SuperOffice CRM?

Does SuperOffice CRM support integration with Microsoft 365, and how do I start using it?

Microsoft 365 (formally called Office 365) is a suite of apps that many businesses nowadays use to support their processes. 

The most popular apps and services of Office 365 can be integrated with your SuperOffice CRM solution. 

Please find below the list of applications that have an official integration solution with your CRM.

 

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook installed on a desktop

To integrate your documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), use SuperOffice Web Tools. This tool permits you to create, edit and save documents from and to SuperOffice CRM using Microsoft apps.

To integrate your e-mails (Outlook), you can choose to either use Mail Link (it is a part of SuperOffice Web Tools) or SuperOffice for Outlook*. These tools permit you to archive e-mail to SuperOffice CRM. 

To integrate your appointments (Outlook Calendar), use SuperOffice Synchronizer. This tool permits you to have your agenda in SuperOffice and Outlook calendar synchronized.

 

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook in a web browser

To integrate your documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), use the SuperOffice CRM SharePoint Documents integration. This integration allows you to create, edit and save documents from and to SuperOffice CRM using Microsoft apps in a browser. It also allows you to store your SuperOffice documents on your cloud in Microsoft cloud storage in stead of in the SuperOffice CRM archive. This function is only available for SuperOffice CRM Online. 

To integrate your e-mails (Outlook), use SuperOffice for Outlook*. 

To integrate your appointments (Outlook Calendar), use SuperOffice Synchronizer.

Note! SuperOffice for Outlook permits only to archive e-mails from Outlook to SuperOffice CRM. To be able to open e-mails from SuperOffice CRM to Outlook you still should have SuperOffice Mail Link. Please read this FAQ to understand why.

 

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook apps on a mobile device
 

To integrate your documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), use Mobile CRM. This app permits you to access most of the information you store in SuperOffice CRM and read documents. You can also edit and upload the documents back to SuperOffice CRM using Mobile CRM.

To integrate your e-mails (Outlook), use SuperOffice for Outlook. You must enable the add-in in your Outlook app on your mobile device to be able to archive e-mails to SuperOffice CRM.
To integrate your appointments (Outlook Calendar), use SuperOffice Synchronizer.
 

Azure Active Directory

To integrate your Azure Active directory authentication with SuperOffice CRM, use Federal Authentication integration. It permits you to log in to SuperOffice CRM using the same credentials as in other Microsoft applications.
 

Microsoft Teams

To integrate notifications from SuperOffice CRM to Teams, use SuperOffice for Microsoft Teams app.

To integrate video meetings generated by Teams with your appointments in SuperOffice CRM, use Video Meetings feature.

 

Microsoft Exchange

To be able to send and receive e-mails from SuperOffice CRM you can use Microsoft Exchange.

Personal mailboxes used by the people in your company can be integrated with and used in SuperOffice Inbox.

Shared mailboxes used by teams in your company can be integrated with and used in Service for receiving and sending e-mails, and in Marketing for sending mailings.
